Salient Features :
- 1. Unwind consists of 2 horizontal and one vertical shaft with Mechanical brakes to maintain proper tension.
- 2. A centre sealing for making centre seal pouch with side gusset is provided.
- 3. An off centre seal centre seal mechanism is also provided to make 5 side seal pouch.
- 4. The Side seal assembly comprises of 2 side seal sealers.
- 5. The machine has 3 bottom sealing stations – 2 for sealing and 1 for cooling.
- 6. A mark sensing camera is provided for sensing printed mark on the film.
- 7.The machine is equipped with 2 AC Variable Drives. One for pulling of the film from unwind and another for vertical movement of the stations.
- 8. A servo drive is provided for indexing.
- 9. An electrical control panel equipped with Digital input of parameters, Servo Controller, Temperature controller, Transformer, Buttons for Start, Stop and
Inching as well as an Emergency Stop is provided. The panel also has an
audio alarm to indicate completion of pre fed batch of pouches.
